KATIE BLAKE PASSES FIRE RETARDANCY TEST AUDITED BY FIRA.

As members of LOFA (Leisure and Outdoor Furniture Association) we have to abide by the very stringent rules in complying with UK Laws. To that end we have received from FIRA (the Governments recognised official furniture regulator www.fira.co.uk ) Pass Test Certificates for all our cushions. These are attached! The certificates are for Cushion covers and Cushion Fillings giving you full confidence that the products you are selling from us conform to all the standards. These Pass Certificates apply to All Cushions supplied by Glencrest Seatex Ltd including those on Katie Blake Garden Furniture.

You should retain these certificates as proof, should you be requested by Trading Standards or any other official body, that you are complying with British Standard 5852 1988 Part 1 Fire and Safety Regulations. Please print and retain the certificates.

It is Trading Standards who would normally visit your premises requiring evidence that you are selling products that comply with the Law. Remember as the Retailer it is your responsibility to conform to the Law. The certificates only apply to our products and we suggest you should obtain certificates from all your suppliers of Garden Furniture and reject any products that do not conform as it is your responsibility.

SOLEX 2019

Our Stand at this year’s show will be one of the largest at the show, at 600 square meters it’s large showing all our new products for 2019.

This season 2018 was an amazing one for us as sales were up 40% on 2017. We will soon be placing our orders in China for next season as it’s important that we create the stock so we can deliver on time.

Come onto the Stand and have a drink with us, Dominque, Anna and Sue will be there to look after you plus your Sales Agents.

I am writing in appreciation of the outstanding customer service we have received from you Company.
Initially we had the table of our garden furniture replaced under the guarantee. Due to various problems, there was a large degree of communication and items having to be delivered and returned. In spite of this, Sue Cribbs has dealt with our problem in a professional and courteous manner. A few weeks ago we noted that the covering on the chairs had also started to deteriorate. Once again, Sue has stepped up to the plate and solved the issue promptly and efficiently. Today we took delivery of four brand new chairs that match the new table perfectly and we are delighted. Researched the web for 2 new cushions for our Steamer chairs as our previous ones were very old. Ordered 2 of these but did not anticipate the quality of them. Much better than we'd anticipated. Really expensive looking with so much attention to detail, e.g. trimmings, head rest and leather logo. So thick & comfortable and such good value for the money. They are a perfect fit & it is very unlikely that you will not find better elsewhere. Highly recommended!!!!
